We here at High Q Auto Body will always look out for our customers best interest and make quality safe repairs. We will make sure you understand what the Insurance Company has sold you as an Indemnification policy (the State Automotive Insurance Policy) and why it’s so important to know your rights during a loss. Our shops repair procedures and pricing are based on the latest industry standards set forth by the automotive repair industry. 

As always, we work to negotiate on your behalf (our true customer) to make sure your vehicle is being put back to its pre accident condition using your vehicle manufactures repair guidelines and automotive Industry standards. We will not allow for the usual Insurance tactics of “shorting your vehicle repairs and cutting corners on your vehicle” (Usually sold to you by the Insurance representative as their special program or their Insurance referral shop) We will never allow an Insurance carrier to short change you (our customer) on repairing your vehicle correctly without you the customer knowing all about it. (Remember, you have paid for protection by paying your vehicle premium and your Insurance Company has promised you they would protect you from suffering any loss and they promised to make you whole again.)

Refinishing materials

High Q Auto Body uses only top of the line refinishing materials by PPG paints. We use only the factory recommended procedures to guarantee a safe quality repair and paint job every time. Whether it is a 2 stage, 3 stage or single stage job the same attention is paid to detail. High Q Auto Body is equipped with some of the latest in auto body repair equipment that is essential for the proper repair of your vehicle, whatever its make, model or year. We believe whatever needs to be done properly to fix the vehicle like “nothing has ever happened before” should be done and we will always represent you (our customer) best interest and will always stand up for you!.
